Hello Chordly Fam!
What an exciting time it is for Laurel & me!
We are nearly halfway through our shipment process and have enjoyed admiring each and every Chordly! We have been handling and inspecting each one before sending it to its new home!
Digital Downloads
The digital downloads for the Beginner and Intermediate practice exercise card decks will be going out tomorrow morning (Sat). You will receive these if you bought them as an add-on or if you were one of our original VIPs before the campaign started.
These will be sent through an email which will explain where to download them. Once downloaded, you can use them on your phone, computer, tablet, etc.

[email protected] and I will work with you to get you access.
Shipping Update
We've noticed the tracking numbers have a lag between Chordly being dropped off at the shippers and the numbers being sent in an email to you... so bear with us for a few more days while everything gets updated as we continue to put all of our efforts into getting these out to you.
Our goal is to finish shipping late next week. If you don't see a tracking number come through your email by next Friday, please feel free to reach out and we can get you updated.

WE HAVE NEWS!!
Our shipment of Chordlys arrived TODAY!
We've dug into a few of the boxes already and couldn't be any happier with how they turned out. The quality and attention to detail is just beyond words. Let alone the tension held just fine even after being shipped to us!
We are 'all hands-on deck' getting organized so we can move swiftly and get your Chordly to you as fast as possible!
We will start shipping on Wednesday!
Keep an eye on your email for your tracking number, we will be working to keep them updated for you. It will take us about a week to get through shipping these 500 backer orders.

Final Call! Chorldys Are Arriving Soon 🪈

Hey Chordly Family,
We are SO excited to tell you that Chordlys and all the accessories are on the way to us!
This is your last call on updating your addresses or requesting a swap for a left-handed Chordly. Please send me an email ([email protected]) with any updates so we can make the changes on our end before we ship your Chordlys out. We have updated ALL addresses and left-handed Chordly folks that have messaged us so far, so don't worry if you've already done so.
We have an estimated timeline that we will receive them in less than 2 weeks from now (as long as there are no hiccups).
We are then going to package, label and ship the Chordlys out as fast as we can 🏃♂️💨 Our house is already turned into an assembly line, our garage is cleared out, and we are chomping at the bit to have them arrive.
We will let you know when we receive the Chordlys, and start shipping them, so you can keep an eye out!

No Two Chordlys Are the Same...

Hey Chordly Fam,
The exciting news is that the first batch of 560 Chordlys are finished and being boxed! Our quality assurance team has finished inspecting and was impressed by the extreme care put into each of these "durable pieces of art." They only found a couple Chordlys which had odd wood inconsistencies and decided to remove those from the batch.
Next week, we expect the Chordlys to be put on a ship headed to Los Angeles. This first shipment will be sent to us so we can do a third quality check and make sure you all got the exact rewards that you picked out (hoping they arrive at our house mid to late Feb).
Speaking of LA, we would be remiss to not bring up the great tragedy that happened last week. Both Laurel and I are born and raised in California and have been devastated watching the whole scenario play out. We know too many folks that have been directly affected. If you've been impacted by the fires and need to change your address, please reach out and we will make sure to help.
Beyond that, we are SUPER excited to be through these first (million) steps it has taken to get to this point. We are SO close to getting your Chordly in your hands 🪈🫲

Wrapping Up Production 🎁

Hey Chordly Fam,
Great news! 🎉 We are nearing the end of the production run for the first order of Chordly! In 10 days, all pre-orders will be finished being built, assembled, and strung up. It has been a long road to get to this point and I wanted to send a heart-felt "thank you" for your patience and sticking it through with us 💪
Next Steps -> After all Chordlys are completed, we will have a Quality Assurance team check all the products to make sure there are no defects. From there we get into shipping our big order from the guitar manufacturer to our house in Reno, NV 🤯 We want to make sure that each order is double-checked with all the proper rewards and add-ons that you all got during our campaign. We will set up a small assembly line in our home and begin mailing them out at that point 📦 Realistically, we should have everything done and mailed to you within the next 6-7 weeks.
A Happy New Year from our family to yours and we hope you had a great holiday season 🎇
